Spiderman just how did you go about cleaning your injectors? I have an 80fi car and this is my first fi car. I have always been a carb guy and had some great help learning about the carbed cars before my Jedi matter passed on. But how exactly did you clean them. Car injectors are different from my airplane injectors

I sent mine out to OK Injectors, and they turned them around in about 3-4 days door to door, with a full report and flow test results after cleaning. It was many years ago, so any price I reference would be out of date.

You can get kits that have the little filters, the o-rings, the plinth, etc from places like theinjectorshop.com.
I'm going to do this with the Jag's injectors and clean them ultrasonic. Or you could send them out.

Man I got sidetracked!!!! I assume by now you got your injectors clean. I probably will get crucified for waiting so long to get back to you and then for my solution, but here goes... I’m super old school, so sending anything to anyone and paying them to fix it is against my better nature. I removed all the injectors and then soaked the heck out of them in carb cleaner. I carefully blew pressurized air through them and then soaked them some more. A couple of rounds of cancer causing chemicals, some air, and then once reattached, fresh gas with injector cleaner additive, and WHAMO!!! It all works... Hope you didn’t wait for my response, and maybe this will help another guy!
