intake manifolds

Postby geospider » Sun Sep 10, 2017 1:33 pm

cleaning up the Calif required manifold and decided to see the possibilities. side by side view
what a difference being able to use the clean ans simple one. hoping someday soon Ca will change the smog law and allow cars to 1980 as has been considered. Until then on my '79, the smog manifold will have to do.
I have a weber 32/36 awaiting as well.

I did that same conversion. Very nice and cleared up a lot of space in the engine compartment. Hope that works out for you.

I wish I could do the change. but then every 2 years would have to set it back too the smogged up version.
I will hold onto the manifold and carb just in case Ca gets smart and saves some of these cars.
