These tonneau covers were widely offered for various European convertibles back in the 1970's/80's by a North Hollywood, CA-based aftermarket parts company called
AMCO. They offered most of the add-on things like gearshift knobs, center console/armrest units, rubber/coco floor mats, chrome bumper overrider bars, chrome luggage racks, radio consoles/kits, tonneau covers, replacement convertible tops, etc..
I've had several of these AMCO tonneaus on my 850 Spiders through the years & they've always worked/held up great.
Here's a photo of my old '69 850 Spider with an AMCO tonneau for 850's with low-back seats (no headrests = no "pockets" in the tonneau for them like on the 124 you've shown):
